able to supervise the maintenance and
general outgoing performance of the vessels for
daily operation and their routine
duties. •
Arrange and supervise dry-docking, repairs, alteration,
conversion and up-keep of the
vessel to the standard required by the Owners. • Ensure
vessel complying with all Requirements and Recommendation
of Classification Society and
Flag State laws and rules.
• Provide to supply of stores, spare
and lubricating oil. •
Provide Consultancy and Surveyors if required. • Provide for new buiding service, plans approval and new buiding process supervision. • Provide
for all required insurance. •
Maintain the records of all costs and expenditure
incurred and prepare the settlement
of accounts with the Owners. •
